About Us

Location, Location!!! Parklane has a great location directly opposite Auckland Showgrounds. 

Parklane is located right in the heart of Greenlane/Epsom – we are the closest accommodation provider for Auckland (ASB) Showgrounds/EXPO centre and Alexandra Raceway – we are directly opposite! Right next door to Greenlane Medical clinic, and just 4km to Auckland CBD, 6km to St Lukes, 9km to Western Springs and the zoo, 4km to Dressmart and 11 km to the airport.  Cornwall Park is a short stroll away, great for that early morning walk or jog & Ellerslie is just over 1km away.

We have 38 spacious and comfortable rooms, most with balconies and some with views of the swimming pool. Choose from a Standard Studio, Twin-share Studio, Executive Spa Studio or a unique Penthouse Spa Studio. 

ALL rooms have kitchenettes & microwaves, en-suites, (with spa baths in the Executive and Penthouse Studios), hairdryers, iron and ironing boards, clock radios, electric blankets, mini-bars and all rooms have Wireless Broadband internet access available.

The Penthouse Spa Studios are exceptionally large rooms, with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, plunger coffee and spa baths, King-size beds and 2 balconies, including a large, private terrace with mosaic patterned table and chairs.

We are an ideal place for a longer stay – we have a large swimming pool & children’s splash-pool, guest laundry, internet desk, breakfast room, ”Heat and Eat” evening meals available and free ample off-street car parking.

There are many great cafes and restaurants a short stroll away, a large supermarket nearby, and the bus stop to Auckland city centre is just a 2 minute walk away. Highchairs and porta-cots available on request.

We are the closest accommodation provider to the Auckland (ASB) Showgrounds.

Studio

Our studios have one queen bed or two single beds. All have en-suites with a shower, irons, hairdryer, tea/coffee, kitchenettes, TV x 10 channels, Sky TV, microwaves and direct dial phones and wireless broadband access. Balconies and majority overlooking the pool.

Twin Suite

Our Twin Studios have one queen bed and one single bed. All have en-suites with a shower, irons, hairdryer, tea/coffee, kitchenettes, TV x 10 channels, Sky TV, microwaves and direct dial phones and wireless broadband access.

Executive Studio

Executive Studios have one king bed. All have en-suites with a showerand single spa bath, irons, hairdryer, tea/coffee, kitchenettes, TV x 10 channels, Sky TV, microwaves and direct dial phones and wireless broadband access. Balconies and majoirty overlooking the pool.

Penthouse Spa Studio

Penthouse Spa Studios have one king bed. All have en-suites with a shower and spa bath, irons, hairdryer, tea/coffee, kitchenettes, TV x 10 channels, Sky TV, microwaves and direct dial phones and wireless broadband access. They are twice the size of a studio with 2 balconies, with sky-dome roofs and are on our top floor. They are accessible by stairs only.

Family Penthouse Studio

Our Family penthouse studios have one queen bed and either two single beds and a foldout couch or one queen bed and three single beds. En-suites with a shower and spa bath, irons, hairdryer, tea/coffee, kitchenettes, TV x 10 channels, Sky TV, microwaves and direct dial phones and wireless broadband access.They are twice the size of a studio with 2 balconies, with sky-dome roofs and are on our top floor. They are accessible by stairs only.

Conference Room

To compliment our accommodation we have an air-conditioned Conference Room ideal for those
executive meetings, product training, group discussions etc. The Mayfair Room caters for up to 20 people boardroom style or 40 people theatre style. The room is ideal for conferences & business meetings, as well as many other purposes. Catering for morning and afternoon teas, and lunch or snacks can be arranged.

Our organisation booked Parklane Hotel for a one day conference for 16 of our team members based throughout NZ. I’d like to express my thanks again to Mandy and Clair who went out of their way to ensure our day was a success. We had some special dietary needs which were catered to with care, the food was amazing and perfect brain food for a busy day. Reasonably priced, the facilities were adequate (with a break out room available at no cost!), plenty of parking and very handy location for those travelling. I would be happy to recommend this as a conference venue suitable for any small to medium teams.
